Bundled plugins
When Premium plugins are Bundled with the theme, you can use the plugins without any problem. All plugins are fully functional even though you don’t get a plugins purchase code for Activation.
Since you purchased a Bundled product, you DO NOT have a license key for that plugins so you can’t enter anything in this field. Updates to the plugins are provided when the theme itself is updated and or via Tickets or via Email.
However, if you want automatic updates and support from the plugin developer you need to purchase it Separately, this is 100% optional.

- Premium templates – If you want to access premium templates of plugins, you need to purchase them separately from original authors.

No, it just one time payment for use theme on your site with any templates, but if you want to use it on 2 sites, then you need to purchase 2 license. Also for getting faster support, Please submit support ticket.
