Disable or Enable RTL mode
If your website is RTL and you want to have your admin area in English, you should do it like this:
Set the website language to the RTL language you want (e.g., Arabic)
Dashboard > Settings > General > Language
Then go to your User language setting and change it to English, you will have the website in Arabic (RTL) and the backend for that User in English (LTR).
Dashboard > Users > Edit > Language
